From humble beginnings operating out of the Ipswich Central Church Hall, we recognised early on the need for affordable support in our community. test

Moving in 2018 to our new home in Karalee Ipswich, provided an opportunity to expand our service in a more relaxed environment.

We deal with an extensive range of mental health concerns, with a focus on trauma-informed therapy in the Ipswich area.

By integrating neurofeedback, psychotherapy and peer support work our multidisciplinary team can provide a unique community of support within an accessible setting for the Ipswich region.

Our staff are committed to their profession. We host 24 student nurses each year interested in mental health placements from the University of Southern Cross.

Staff are all registered with their associated registration boards and continue with ongoing professional development to meet registration requirements.
